Scheduling Your Appointment
Patients at Crystal Lake Orthopaedic Surgery are seen by appointment only. We do our best to schedule your appointment in a timely manner and in most cases we can see you within a few days of making your call for an appointment. In case of emergencies we make every effort to get you an appointment immediately. We ask that if you are not able to make your appointment that you please call the office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will help to assist us in getting other patients in as soon as possible. Failure to cancel your appointment may result in a $25.00 cancellation fee.
